Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with slayycases . We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, launches, sales, or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: [2–5 business days]
Other Cities/Towns: [4–8 business days]
Remote/Rural Areas: [5–10 business days]
Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹[Amount] (if applicable)
Standard shipping charges of ₹[Amount] may apply on orders below the free shipping threshold
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link / tracking ID via:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp (if applicable)
You can use the tracking details to monitor your order status.

5. Delivery Partners
We may ship orders through trusted courier partners such as:
Shiprocket courier network
Delhivery
Blue Dart
Xpressbees
Ecom Express
Other reliable logistics partners
The courier partner may vary based on serviceability and delivery location.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on your website:
COD may be available only for selected pin codes
An additional COD handling charge of ₹[Amount] may apply (if applicable)
We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable
Customers are requested to be available to receive the order to avoid return/cancellation issues

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect phone number
Unavailability of the recipient
Refusal to accept the order
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, sometimes delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
Please contact us at sales@slayycases.com
We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue
Please allow reasonable time for courier investigation before claiming replacement/refund.

9. Damaged Package on Delivery
If your package appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:
Please do not accept the package if possible
Take clear photos/videos of the package
Contact us immediately at sales@slayycases.com
This helps us raise the issue with the courier partner quickly.

10. International Shipping 
We currently do not offer international shipping.

11. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sales@slayycases.com
